My tracking number is LY473873138CN
My package has been stuck at departed origin airline for about 14 days now and no update (in transit for 18-20days). I messaged the seller and they say transportation from China to the USA is very fast and should only take about 10 days. I know customs doesn’t take too long here and I’m wondering where and when my package will get here because the estimated date is about to pass. Most tracking sites I used stated that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this piece, what does that mean.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LY473873138CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on Oct 6. It is still waiting for flight space from Shanghai to USA.

Waiting time can take 2 to 4 weeks, your parcel is still in normal time frame, no need worry. Once parcel arrives USA, you will see new update in http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php?code=LY473873138CN
