Havent heard anything about my package LW884173720CN in quite some time, was wondering if you could help identify where it is or the issue on it. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW884173720CN the parcel was shipped From China Post Chengdu office to US on Nov Dec 2.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Chengdu ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
