Hello,

I sent a package to Xiamen, China, but my receiver says they didn’t get the package. The customs number is UH014244997US. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

China post has no record of UH014244997US . It seems to be lost. You need contact USPS for investigation and claim insurance compensation.
