Post Need help locating my package

Hi, over 4 months went by and there is no package update. Currently it seems to be stck at International Postal System. The package was shipped from Poland to China.

Please help me - is there a problem with package? Why is it stuck?

CP278244981PL arrived in China on Jan 11. But receiver has never made customs clearance. There might be two reasons for receiver not making customs clearance:
1)Shipper didn't print receiver's mobile number in the parcel. China Post need the number to send customs clearance text message to receiver.

2)Receiver does not want to make customs clearance. This often happens when parcel is a return for refund. Many bad sellers play such game to avoid the liability to refund money to buyer. If this is your case, then China Post can't do anything for you because this is not a shipping problem. You need contact your marketplace or payment bank and report scam.
