Hello! Need help with two items from the same seller, same day/time on joom. Tracking numbers are: UP052252490CN & UP052252486CN. Could you please tell me if something is in the mail because joom keeps saying once again it's a virtual tracking #when it isn't and I know this, but I need your help to get a refund through PayPal. Please help thanks!

Yes I knew malemaroc7 was wrong. It's kinda ignorant because they have no clue what their doing, didn't actually read my original message and that I already knew it was fraud and that I was doing this for a refund so I needed info from the shipping company themselves and now they essentially just messed up my evidence! Just because it says "active" doesn't mean anything and obviously this user doesn't understand how China Post works: if a shipment still ONLY has "logistic order created" after 8-12 days, with China Post that means the seller scammed you. By 12 days and no further updates, it's usually always fraud based on my 3 to 4 years experience and with working with admin. on the forum. I know that the newb meant well and was just trying to help, but quite frankly we come on here to ask the administrator of China Post's forum to give evidence for refund essentially. It I was posting on a forum topic that users are discussing, that would be one thing. But We aren't asking other users when we request verification. I never actually had anyone do this before so that's why I'm explaining in detail for this new user although the irony is they probably won't even read this. I ALREADY tracked it so I know what it said and that's exactly why I was questioning it, because I knew at this point in time too many days past without an update in tracking status. I hope the "newbie" will actually read this so they can learn more about the forum and how to read China Post tracking & know what the rundown is timeframe-wise. Rule of thumb on this forum is to never reply to someone who opened a topic that asks for verification of a tracking # because it's a question for administration and now I have to explain to PayPal why their comment is mute and it will possibly cause problems in my refund process. It's kinda frustrating but I know that the person was just trying to help - but it still is more wotkn for me now! You'd think they would see my level on the forum, see that I've have around 33 topics made already, and based on my original message above, that I've got more experience than them on this forum and, apparently based on their response, I also have extensively more experience with China Post. Hoping they learn from this so they don't mess up anyone else's evidence
