need help Tracking numbers :

RB973379195SG

this from almost 3 months now and till now didnt arrive yet, it take very very long time.
please can you help and update it or tell me why this happen ?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_cainiao.php shows both parcels are Cainiao Singapore Post parcels. They have arrived Saudi Arabia but are still on the way to destination. You need contact Saudi Post for more information.

yes i always call them and they say nothing arrive yet
also u can check on saudi post website

till now RB973379195SG
is not arrive to saudi arabia yet as post office say
what is the problems ?

RB973379195SG was shipped in August. if you haven't got it, you need open dispute to aliexpress for lost parcel refund.
