Hello, I need help with RV377957034CN which has been stuck in Dongguan, Guangdong since April 22nd. It says "This is the final status. Carrier doesn't provide further tracking updates."

I really need help with this, please! Can someone let me know where my package is?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV377957034CN shows the parcel was sent to airline on April 22. it is still in Dongguan waiting for flight to Canada.

http://track-chinapost.com/?p=976 shows maximum waiting time to Canada is about 3 months. Your parcel is slower than average but still in normal time frame. Our record shows some other parcel shipped in April just arrived canada this week.

If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute for refund.
