http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped from China to Turkey in mid of Jun.

Since May 2019, parcel to Turkey becomes extremely slow. the reason is that too many parcel have been shipped to Turkey and Turkey Post has limited resource to handle them.

I suggest you wait 10 to 20 more days. If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
