LK284912720AU.
This parcel was returned by me to the sender. It has not yet been collected from you or taxes paid or whatever is happening your end. I want a refund on this article and cannot get this until parcel either picked up or delivered to them.
Please tell me what I can do. Kristina.

LK284912720AU arrived in Shenzhen on Sep 30. It is still held in the customs because the recipient has not made customs declaration.
Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make online customs clearance asap. Otherwise China Post can not make delivery.
