Hi,

What's the status of my parcel (CP268856573PL). Currently it says: 9/9/2026 1:50 PM Item presented to import Customs SHENZHEN.

When can I expect my parcel to be delivered?

CP268856573PL is hold in China customs since Sep 13 because the recipient has never made customs declaration.

Please ask recipient to use 掌上海关 APP to make customs clearance asap.
