It says according to my bank my bed was delivered June 10th but I was home all day and it was never delivered can u please tell.me where it is i ordered ot in Feb and been waiting this whole time for it i cant get my money back because u say it was delivered but its not here so please tell me where it is

LY059616194CM has no shipping record. I believe your number is wrong.
