Hello
My parcel stuck, tracking number LM379858799CN to Greece, ems.
is show me (Dec 13, 2018 Leaving parcel center Guangzhou China)
Shipment time: 2018-12-09 17:42:26
order will be closed in: 1 days 17 hours 55 minutes
please help. Thank you

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT049576765CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to Greece on Dec 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Greece Post(ELTA) system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or cGreece toms warehouse in ATHEN,Greece ). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Greece Post(ELTA) gets the parcel from customs. Then Greece Post(ELTA) website will show its new status with Greece location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute for refund. otherwise keep waiting.
