Hi there

I am reaching out regarding my recent order with tracking number ZS28628104599.

During the first two weeks, the tracking status was updating normally. However, I have not received the parcel, and the tracking page now states 'No Data' / 'Information Not Found'.

Could you please check the status of this shipment and let me know where my package is or how we can resolve this?

ZS28628104599 was delivered to QLD 4280 on Oct 25.

If you didn't get the parcel, you must be a victim of a complicated shopping scam. The cheater shipped some cheap junk to another address in your area because he/she needs a "Delivered" tracking result in order to get payment from online payment authority(paypal, shopify etc).
