it' on the way from 80 days , handed over to airlines in Shangay and never update then..tracking websites say it is ''expired'', so i have to consider it lost ? there is any chances it arrives or can return back to the seller (he is a friend) ? this mail is very important for me, i pray it s exist a way to recuperate it..thank you

CP331402104CN is still in Shanghai since Jan 15.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a very slow service. If weight is over 2 kgs, it might take up to half year to reach destination country. And there will be no update before Parcel arrives destination country .

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

thank you really much for replying. The seller is a friend, i dont' need refund i just pray mail arrives, even if i have to wait 6 moths and more, due to the bad situations we are liveing here in italy for covid it could be an happy moment..i just was asking if possible to understand if/when CP is travelling with air or sea, and if you can see, through your sistems, my parcel is still in Shangay or it'is on the way (plane/boat)? it' s under 2kgs quite sure..thanks for the patience

if CP parcel is less than 2 kgs, it will go through air. However, coronavirus has cancelled most airlines from china to Italy. China Post has not enough shipping space . CP parcel has low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket. So your waiting time could be very long.
