Hello, i purchased 2 items in march, one is RV369471311CN and don't move since july.
what mean "import customs release"?
my package will arrive? :(

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RV369471311CN shows the parcel was returned Shanghai airport Safety Check Point. You will not get it in future.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
