Here is the tracking number HHD8387752924YQ. Where is it have not received it.

HHD8387752924YQ is not China post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent HHD. HHD website shows it was delivered in DISTRICT HEIGHTS 20747 on Sep 15.

If the HHD tracking number shows parcel delivered but you didn't get the item, it means the seller sent the parcel to other address.

You are very likely to be scammed. The cheater needs a "delivery" tracking result in order to get payment from your bank. So he shipped some junk to another address in your area. Once the junk parcel is delivered to that address, he can claim payment from your credit card.

Please call your bank and file charge back against fraud.
