Hello, I am looking for information about my parcel with tracking number ZS24884032299. The tracking number is shown as “delivered” in the Shop app, with a delivery time of 16:45 today, but I have not received the parcel. It is not in my mailbox, and I have not received it from a neighbor or at another location. When I check the tracking number on China Post, it cannot be found / there is no delivery confirmation. Could you please check where the parcel was actually delivered and provide the delivery details or proof of delivery? Thank you.
Please also let me know which local delivery company in Austria handled the final delivery and whether there is a local tracking number.
