My package supposedly shipped on December 17th. I have not been able to get any updated information on it's whereabouts. Package # LT116593485CN

I am already disappointed that the item did not arrive in time for our grandson for Christmas; and getting information about the package has been a small nightmare. Can someone PLEASE help me??

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT116593485CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Dec 17.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in JFK airport US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
