Hi there,

Tracking of package says that "Item returned from export Customs/Security." Does this mean I need to ask for a refund as package is not coming?

Tracking number is LT025785812CN

Your parcel is ok, no need worry about the "Item returned from export Customs/Security" result. It should be a mistake.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LT025785812CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Guangzhou office to US on Nov 27.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Guangzhou ,China or customs warehouse in SFO airport,US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.
