Could you please check on a package sent by Mispeakers on 9/9/2019? The tracking number is RV159552885CN. Most other sites I check say it is "in transit", but when I check it on this site, it says "No shipping record". I checked with the seller and I got an e-mail saying it is on its way. Thank you very much.

"No shipping record" means your seller did not ship you anything. You are scammed.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment info in next 3 days, you will Open dispute to PayPal/Ali express against fraud and claim refund.
