Looking for information for my package CY587540420DE.
Since Mo. 12.08.2024 there is no update of tracking.

CY587540420DE arrived in Hangzhou customs waiting for customs clearance.

Did you write receiver's mobile phone number in the parcel, if yes, receiver should have received a secret code from China Post by text message . He can use that code to make customs clearance online.

If receiver does not make customs clearance after free storage period expires, the parcel will be returned to Germany.

How long is the "free storage period" ?
Has the receiver indeed received a secret code from China Post by text message ?

different office has different storage policy. We can't give you an accurate time. But normally free storage is 60 days.

If you have written the receiver's mobile number in the parcel, China Post will send him a text message with customs clearance code. If the phone number you printed in the parcel is correct, receiver will get the message.
