My order ZC02583482299 has apparently been delivered but it is in Kent,UK. I am in London and haven't gotten an update on what has exactly happened to my parcel. Can someone let me know if it will stay in Kent or make its way to London at some point?

it must be a scam. Your seller used other people's tracking number to cheat you. Call your credit card bank and file charge back.

It says it has been "submitted" to GB ALL Kent. Does this mean it could switch to a local courier service? Also could you tell me where exactly in Kent it is?

without tracking number, nobody can give you useful help. we don't even know if your parcel is shipped by China Post. It seems that you are not using China Post.
