I ordered something a month ago and haven’t received it yet. I paid for a rush shipping to Austria. Thank You!

LZ013778690CN was shipped on April 16 from Zhengzhou. After waiting for one week in Zhengzhou, it failed catching any flight to Europe. So China Post sent it to Beijing airport on April 24. It is still in Beijing airport waiting for fight to Austria.

Covid19 has cancelled most of airlines from China to Europe. China Post has some airline shortage. Hopefully it can catch flight in next 2 to 3 weeks.

If your buyer protection is expiring, please open dispute to seller for refund.
