http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels were shipped on Mar 27 and April 4 from Shenzhen to UK. they are still in Shenzhen waiting for flight space.

unfortunately you can not change address of a parcel which is on the way.

When are they expected to be on the plane? As my customers have been waiting a while especially the Mar 27th one. Could I pay to get these any quicker?

unfortunately you can not expedite the parcel. Right now you can not do anything except waiting.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for refund.

It is difficult to predict arrival time. China Post has very limited airline space now. Assignment of these space is at random because China Post has no human resource to organize so many pending parcels by time sequence. In other words, it is a lottery.

Our stat shows fastest parcel got on to aircraft in about 10 days. On the other hand, some parcels shipped in Feb are still waiting in warehouse for flight space. It almost like a lottery.

So if you insist ask for an ETA, the answer is between 2 weeks to 2 months depending on your luck.

Hi, thanks but I’ve been informed my items are EMS ones so shouldn’t the turnaround be quicker?
