This is the second time that I have ordered from pastel petites and the first time I never got my order and it took about 30 emails to finally find out that it was never shipped. Finally we were able to figure out what happened and I was refunded my money and then couple days later I tried to order it again well I still don't have my package. And it's been paid for just like the first time. I have tracked with my tracking number and it just tells me it's in route somewhere to the United States? Really that's what you call tracking? My tracking number is as follows: LS278439912CN
I really would like to know where my order is and when it's going to arrive.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows LS278439912CN was just shipped from shenyang to USA on April 3. It is still in shenyang

Coronavirus has cancelled more than 90% airline space to USA. China Post has serious shipping space shortage. Not sure when it can catch flight from shenyang. Please wait one or two more weeks to see what will happen. Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show local arrival info.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to open dispute to claim your money back first. After you get the parcel in future, then pay back to seller.
