your parcel UJ182858590CN was sent to Shenzhen airport on Mar 15. It is still in Shenzhen airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 99% airlines from china to UAE. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
