I ordered a smartwatch with bluetooth headphones before 1 month and my tracking no is LO249910492CN, but i recieved today something different than what i orderd ,so what should i do know ,please respond to this message a fast as possible

Italy Post website shows LO249910492CN just arrivedUfficio Postale BRESSO in VIA VITTORIO VENETO 66, This means you will get it very soon.

You can call Italy Post for delivery detail.

Yeah i know and I recieved my order from the post office, but it's different than what I orderd ,so what should I do now?

I believe you received a much cheaper trash item instead of ordered item, right? This is a typical online-shopping fraud. I hope you paid with PayPal or some other buyer protection system such as aliexpress,amazon etc. If yes, you can open dispute against item-not-as-described fraud and claim refund. If not, you can hardly get money back from these cheaters.
