RV187313798CN is slow service(Register airmail). It was shipped on Oct 3. Normally such register airmail has very low priority to catch flight compared with ePacket and EMS. You might need wait 2 to 8 weeks to get it in Italy.

Once it arrives Italy, Italy Post website will show its local location status.
