I placed an order since April 22nd and I am still waiting for it, it says its origin post is preparing shipment. When will I get my package? And why is it taking so long? It hasn't moved from that spot.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LS332767865CN shows your parcel was sent to Tianjin airport on may 23. It is still in Tianjin waiting for flight space to USA. you need some more time to get your parcel.
