Post My order delivery got... Expired!?

So I made an order on Glitch's Store, on December 25th from the past year, and the delivery carrier until now is China Post, and I've been waiting since then, but, yesterday I got an Email that got me in a concern, it said that my delivery got expired due to the time it is taking to arrive? How is that? And I'm worried that I won't get my order because of that :(

LJ038950359CN has arrived in Chile on Mar 4th. It is in Santiago customs waiting for import processing.
