Bonjour, pourriez-vous me dire où est mon colis n° LO602536053CN ? Commande passée le 29 novembre et toujours pas reçu. Merci beaucoup

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LO602536053CN shows the parcel was shipped by your seller From China Post Shanghai office to Frace on Dec 13.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Frace Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shanghai ,China or customs warehouse in Frace). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season, Such no-information stage might last 20 to 30 days until Frace Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Frace Post website will show its new status with Frace location.
