I have 2 shipment which are missing and I need your help pls:

1- UD066765636CN

2- LL463625220CN

UD066765636CN number starts with U. This china post ordinary parcel. It was shipped on Jul 7 from China to Saudi Arabia, China Post ordinary parcel is a very cheap and slow parcel. you might need wait 4 to 12 weeks to get such parcel. You can not see any update after it left China.

LL463625220CN is ePacke which was shipped from China to Germany but hold in Frankfurt since Jul 7. Are you in Germany or Saudi Arabia? If you are in Germany, you need contact Germany Post to pickup the parcel from Frankfurt customs warehouse.

Thanks a lot for tour help. I am not in Germany. I am in Saudi Arabia. What should I do pls ?

Your seller printed wrong shipping address and shipped the parcel to Germany. You need open dispute to PayPal/aliexpress for refund.
