http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows EA453317459CN was shipped from Hangzhou to Australia on Feb 24. It is still in Shanghai airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 90% international airlines from china. So China Post has not enough shipping space to send parcels to Australia. parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay, please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives Australia, AusPost website will show arrival data.

If your buyer protection is expiring , you need open dispute for refund.
