China post has no online presence, they don't even answer emails, as I said above there is a hotline number to reach them, 1 is for Mandarin only and the other for English but it isn't always available. You keep saying you were supposed to contact me like you think this is China post, everyone on here is a volunteer, not working at China post. This is a forum for help with tracking results.
