I got a notification this morning that my electrical scooter had been delivered. I was really excited because I was needing one for quite a while to help me get to work and back and anywhere else that I would wanna go when I open my door. It was not there I thought maybe they had put something in the mailbox and I had to go pick it up at my local post office. I proceeded to check the mail and there was nothing there. Then I thought maybe they put it at the wrong apartment so I checked every unit at every door and could not find it. I looked back on the website where it had said that your package would’ve been delivered and I saw that it was nowhere close to where I live like two hours away and I’ve tried to contact the Postal Service, China Postal Service or whatever it is there’s no official phone number. it’s really really difficult to contact you guys so I’m really hoping you guys can locate my package refund me resend one to the correct address because this is my first time buying something to a third-party Chinese website. I think it is and if this is the type of experience that customers get, I am very disappointed.
