Hello. Can anyone help me with gaining info about my missing package? The tracking number is UW461499170CN. The seller claims that the package is in Poland but I cannot find any information on my local post site. I have ordered 5 items from different sellers at the same time, and only this one is missing. Thank you in advance for your help.

UW461499170CN was shipped on Feb 22.

this kind of tracking number starting with U is called China Post ordinary small parcel. This is a very slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china . China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

If your buyer protection is expiring ,you need open dispute to seller for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
