My order was placed 11/26/2019. According to the tracking number given ( UT708964265CN ) the package arrived in San Francisco, USA via flight B7125-BR28, on December 14, 2019. From there, it went to a "secondary processing center." I have not been able to get any updates. USPS tells me it is probably at the EVA Cargo center. EVA Cargo center wants an airbill number, and, of course, SWEARS that they turn everything over to USPS within 24 hours.

HELP!

UT708964265CN arrived San francisco on Dec 14. Normally USPS should deliver this parcel within 2 weeks after arrival SFO airport. The parcel might be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week. If you can not get it by Jan 13, you need open dispute to seller for refund.
