VY00000002965570. I have not received my package but your app shows it has been delivered on 3Nov. CCTV shows nobody delivered any thing to my house and nobody contact me for the delivery. Can u show proof that the item is delivered?

VY00000002965570 is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called VY express.

VY express Tracking Database shows it was Delivered on Nov 3. You can't get delivery address detail by tracking number.

If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
