I am missing a package. Your records indicate that it was delivered on 10-19-26 at 1400 but I never received it.
My name is Barbara **
Address: ***Oconomowoc, WI 53066

I ordered a plaid fleece jacket on 9-15-26 from Dress Simply.
My order # is 2072
The cost including shipping was $36.98
My China Post Tracking number is AMTS000318506FS
Reference # - 221234-2072

Please advise. I have been sending emails to Dress Simply with no response. I am getting very frustrated.

AMTS000318506FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS. MTS Tracking Database shows it was Delivered in Oconomowoc,53066 on Oct 19.

If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
