Hello I am missing my package and I would like an explanation on why my package was canceled. LZ462958098CN is the tracking number.

usps.com shows LZ462958098CN arrived in 4415 N MARYVALE PKWY PHOENIX AZ 85031-9998 on Sep 3rd but recipient is not available. USPS left notice in the mailbox but recipient has never collect the parcel in the post office. USPS returned the parcel to China Oct 1st. China Post returned it to shipper on Oct 17.
