My package was shipped from China via China Post. The tracking information shows delivered today. I did not receive the package. What carrier would take over delivery services in the United States? Who should I contact to ask for assistance? I emailed the seller, but would like to check locally as well.

you need write tracking number in your question, otherwise none can help you.
