http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ098572739CN shows your parcel arrived Lisbon one month ago. It is in Portugal Post system. Please contact your local post office for delivery detail. If Portugal post can not find this item, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
