Please can someone help me track dow a package that was shipped on 15th April via China Post, the tracking number that I was given by the seller is AS977843775CN but when I type this in, the shipping number is not recognised on the China Post website and elsewhere it is suggested that the parcel was out for delivery a while ago but I have not received any parcel! I don’t know what to do from here?

AS977843775CN arrived Cheltenham,UK on April 22. But it has no delivery record. Normally this means the parcel is lost during the delivery procedure.

You need open dispute to seller for refund.
