please help I am waiting on a package according to tracking number it has been sitting in Vancouver since December 04-2019 and has not moved since
I contacted Canada Post but they have not received any info on it yet. I have tried contacting seller but no answer from them. the tracking number is
UT681613515CN

UT681613515CN arrived Vancouver in Dec 4. Normally after parcel arrives Canada, Canada Post will deliver this parcel with 2 weeks. Your parcel has more 80% possibility to be lost. You need open dispute to seller for refund.

have tried to contact seller but have got no response back is there any other action I can take

you need open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for refund

I paid with Google Pay is there any way to open dispute with them

yes. you can contact google pay to get your money back.
