Hello!
I ordered something back in April, but it has yet to arrive.
The tracking info (RV420118659CN) has not updated since May 18th.

Is it possible to get any information about if/when this will arrive?

It is still in China waiting for a plane to USA. According to our stats on average it takes about 50 days to arrive USA, but some parcel took 115 days to arrive. Some parcel is slow some is faster which you cann't do anything about it. Just be patient and wait, meanwhile watch for your buyer protection period and ask for an extension if it is running out soon.
