I have not received the shipment number EV818618921CN, tracking the shipment number appear that leaves the dispatched center in Beijing November 10, to date there's no any update. Please help

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=EV818618921CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post office to Mexico on Nov 11.

Normally EMS parcel should arrive in 2 weeks. The parcel seems to be lost.

I suggest you wait one more week, if you can not get it by Dec 20, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

if you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you need contact their customer service.
