I ordered an item in October It shipped in November. I have confirmation that November 8th it left China but still do not have package. Can it be tracked through China post or was I scammed?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LW804081562CN the parcel was shipped From China Post Changsha office to US on Nov 8. the shipment is real not scam.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and USPS system(possibly airline warehouse in Changsha ,China or customs warehouse in US). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Now is rush season and also Hong Kong airport protest caused some delay. Such no-information stage might last 30 to 40 days until USPS gets the parcel from customs. Then USPS website will show its new status with US location.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.
