This is the second message I have sent.
I am looking for order # AMTS000355307FS. Your tracking says delivered 37115, 11-1-2026.
That is my zip code, but doesn’t include my address.
But however no delivery service here works on Sunday and I have a RING Doorbell camera that covers my front door and mailbox. No delivery was attempted or made. I am working from home so here all day/ night.
Where is my package?

AMTS000355307FS is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called MTS.

MTS Tracking Database shows it was Delivered in Madison,37115 on Nov 1.

If you didn't get the item, please contact shipper and ask for original shipping label copy. We believe the seller printed wrong address.
