My order was placed and processed on 21 September. My efforts to track the package are unsuccessful because the tracking number provided consists of 15 characters, 5 of which are letters, and Chinapost requires a 13 digit tracking number. How can I find out when my order might be delivered?

JCZ0922004648DH is not China Post parcel. It is from a private shipping agent called JC express. JC website shows JCZ0922004648DH arrived in USA on Oct 3. It is on the way to destination.
