I ordered jacket on August 9th, I was billed on CC on August 9, 2026. It was bought through SHOP, my order or tracking is no longer showing on SHOP and unable to track when I scan the code. I have tried googling Lunvira and nothing comes up as a legitimate company. I was billed for $35.98. At one point on SHOP it said the jacket was to be delivered on August 20th, it never showed up as delivered, no package was received and now it has disappeared altogether. The China post number given was AMTS000298513FS, order code was 2111.
I feel like at this point it is another China scam. I have been ordering several items for gifts and so far the 2 items I have stated "delivered" or haven't received are from CHINA. Very frustrated. Would appreciate to know what happened to my order if there ever was a jacket sent.
